I had the pleasure of meeting Dave Cunningham today and purchased, "Travel Within." I found just what I needed in Chapter 13: Balance. Living in a crazy part of the world, where balance is sorely missing, I needed to be reminded of what I discovered living on an island in Belize. Dave says it's possible to find that "peace," even in Orange County, California, and just reading his style of writing, I realize that I can follow Jamshid Hosseini's advice.

This sounds like a good book, reminds me a bit of my own upbringing. I was lucky to have an intact family but with a father in the military, in medical school, then as a doctor and we moved a lot and it sounds like a story that will make good Christmas presents for a lot of my family.

This sounds like a good book, maybe a modern take on Christmas classics. I think I'll try to get several for stocking stuffers for friends and family.

I think I will try to get this book as this is a rough holiday for me, battling with the economy and job situation, leaving me unable to do as much as I would like to do for my friends and family. I know this will change and I am lucky for all that I do have and your blog helps bring this to light.

Thanks for this book synopsis. Maybe this year, more than other years it can be easy to feel despair right now and it is good to look at the total picture and realize things are not really so bleak and the tough times are temporary.
